Nolan Yager

Ph.D. Student, RAND School of Public Policy, and Assistant Policy Researcher, RAND

Nolan Yager is a Ph.D. student at the RAND School of Public Policy and an assistant policy researcher at RAND. His research interests include national security policy, health policy, drug pricing, U.S. Grand Strategy, civil wars, international relations, gray-zone warfare, cybersecurity, high-value healthcare reform, and the U.S. Congress.

Prior to joining RAND, Yager was a cybersecurity policy researcher in Duke’s Sanford School of Public Policy and conducted research on congressional decisionmaking in its Political Science Department. He has an M.A. in political science from Duke University and a B.S. in philosophy and a B.S. in entrepreneurship from the University of Utah.
