Dorothy Seaman is a statistical analyst at RAND. Her current work includes projects in education, justice policy, and health care. Seaman's research focuses on policy and program evaluation using experimental, quasi-experimental, and descriptive statistical methods. In addition, she has experience with data imputation, survey sampling and weighting, analysis of differential item functioning, and estimation of latent constructs.

Seaman earned her master's degree in applied statistics for social science research from New York University.
