Srikant Sahoo is an assistant policy researcher at RAND and Ph.D. student at the RAND School of Public Policy. He is a social impact professional with ten years of experience in education policy, nonprofit management, and technology-driven educational interventions.

Sahoo has expertise in managing large-scale projects to enhance learning outcomes across diverse populations, including low-income and underserved communities. He has designed impactful EdTech solutions and led significant corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives that have transformed educational ecosystems in multiple states in India. He is also a Teach for India alumnus and served as a full-time teacher in a public school in India. He is proficient in mixed methods, and his research interests include K–12, AI in education, postsecondary, instructional design, curriculum, teacher effectiveness, and program evaluation.
