This report examines Nevada high schoolers’ participation in Career and Technical Education (CTE).

The authors show how college and workforce outcomes vary across CTE career clusters. They also find that college and workforce outcomes are better for students who complete a CTE program of study or certificate than their peers.

Interview findings from two schools also highlight potential ways to expand access to and benefits from CTE.
