A Missile Jamming and Engagement Model

This report describes a missile jamming engagement model that estimates measures of performance and a measure of effectiveness for an air-launched missile engagement against a target. The model was developed to help assess how missile dependence on position, navigation, and timing information—and information about the location of the target—affects success in the engagement.

Note: As a component of this research, researchers developed a Python implementation of a model that estimates measures of performance and effectiveness for air-launched missile engagements under GPS and IFTU jamming conditions, the code for which can be found on GitHub.
