This report provides the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) with a detailed analysis of opportunities, challenges, benefits, risks, and needs associated with developing and sustaining gaming capabilities within the service. Leveraging interviews and a review of gaming practices in other military services, the authors present a comprehensive overview of gaming, key activities and institutional planning factors, and actionable recommendations for the USCG.
