Assessing the Dynamics of PrEP Adoption in a National-Scale Physician Network

Through social network analysis, we measure low social thresholds for physicians to adopt prescribing prophylaxis against HIV infection, which are consistent with the hypothesis that slow PrEP adoption is a result of lack of knowledge.

Motivational Network Intervention to Reduce Substance Use and Increase Supportive Connections for Emerging Adults in a Supportive Housing Program

We tested a social network and motivational interviewing intervention for transition-aged youth experiencing homelessness to reduce their substance use and strengthen prosocial connections. It was rated as acceptable and feasible with high fidelity.

Increased Care Provision and Caregiver Wellbeing: Moderation by Changes in Social Network Care Provision

Analysis of 1,876 family caregivers and their social networks shows that increased care was associated with higher caregiver anxiety, depression, loneliness, and emotional difficulty, especially among those whose networks increased or decreased care.
