Pauline Moore

Senior Political Scientist; Professor, RAND School of Public Policy

Pauline Moore is a senior political scientist at RAND and a professor of policy analysis at the RAND School of Public Policy. Moore's research focuses on security cooperation, irregular warfare, terrorism and counterterrorism, and safety in K-12 schools. Moore is the author of The Politics of Terror (with Erica Chenoweth; Oxford University Press 2018) and her research on foreign fighters has been published in the Journal of Peace Research. Moore earned her Ph.D. in international relations from the University of Denver's Josef Korbel School of International Studies.
