Elizabeth Marsolais

Policy Analyst

Elizabeth Marsolais (she/her) is a policy analyst at RAND. She has experience applying both qualitative and quantitative methods to a wide range of topic areas, including behavioral health. She has significant experience with program evaluation, qualitative research methods, and project management. Marsolais received an M.P.P. at the University of Southern California and a B.A. in political science from the University of California, Berkeley.
