Phoebe Levine is a quantitative research assistant at RAND. With an academic background in mathematics and economics, her research interests include education policy, intergenerational mobility, health economics, and the economics of child care.

At RAND, Levine's research is split between education and health care policy. Her work focuses on early childhood care and education, public school educator labor markets, and policy strategies to combat the opioid epidemic. Levine has a B.S. in mathematics/economics from UCLA.
