Taking place in the Great Hall of the Old Bailey, the Justice for All Series will bring together leading voices from law, business, politics and civil society to address urgent challenges and explore what justice reform is required on a local, national and global level.

In alignment with our mission to improve policy and decision making through objective research and rigorous analysis, RAND Europe has partnered with the Justice for All Series to ensure that each event is underpinned by evidence and designed to support long-term, practical reform across the justice system.

How are we helping?

Ahead of every seminar in the Series, RAND Europe will produce briefing papers to frame the debate, examining justice for all through four lenses:

  • justice for the accused (exploring fair treatment and access to representation),
  • justice for survivors (addressing support for victims of modern slavery and gender-based violence),
  • justice for prison leavers (tackling rehabilitation, education and employment) and
  • financing sustainable improvements to the justice system (justice funding for the next generation and the role of business in it).

Through this evidence‑based input, RAND Europe will add depth to the conversations, ensuring the series explores not only what justice means today, but why it matters for the future of economies, institutions and societies worldwide.
