Student Veterans and the 90/10 Rule
The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 included provisions to strengthen oversight of for-profit institutions (FPIs) by expanding the 90-percent federal funding category in the 90/10 Rule to include Post-9/11 GI Bill and DoD’s tuition assistance benefits and Title IV funds.
