RAND Israeli-Palestinian Initiative

RAND research published in early 2025 provides pragmatic ideas for leaders seeking to address the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and bring stability to the region. This suite of reports focuses on

• pathways to a durable peace
• a new approach to post-conflict shelter in Gaza
• a spatial vision for Gaza and the West Bank.

These studies build on efforts by a multidisciplinary team of RAND experts who have been working on this topic with Israelis, Palestinians, and the international community since 2002.
