Elie Alhajjar is a senior information scientist at RAND. He has extensive experience in multi- and interdisciplinary project leadership, and is a professor of policy analysis at the RAND School of Public Policy. His areas of interest include national security, AI/ML, climate change, quantum computing, cybersecurity, and workforce development. Since joining RAND, Alhajjar has been involved in multiple projects revolving around problems in the commercial space sector, Army acquisition, adversarial machine learning, clean energy transition, cyber risk, and countering weapons of mass destruction.
